Embassy is truly unique, offering a three-star gastronomic experience within a multiple-course set menu crafted by our Executive Chef,  “Kimsan Pol,” that showcases modern Khmer cuisine and its flavors. The “Active Menu” is regularly changed, on a monthly basis, to continue to always make our guests discover more about the Khmer gastronomy during dinner with us. Kimsan Sok​

Kimsan Sok studied at SalaBaï Hotel and Restaurant School in Siem Reap Cambodia. She started her professional career at La Residence d’Angkor Hotel in Cambodia as a cook. She continued her career at Victoria Angkor Resort where she met her “twin”, Kimsan Pol. In 2005, she spend 2 years working at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai before moving back to Cambodian to start a new job as an instructor at CWCC in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In 2009, she moved to Siem Reap to work as a Chef de Partie in Khemara Angkor Hotel before finally accepting a position as member of the Executive Chef Team at Embassy Restaurant where she works now.

November 2014 – Cooking Demonstration by Henrey Heng and Chef Pauline D. Lagdameo, representatives of Fonterra, the world’s largest dairy company.

October 2014 – International cooking demonstration at Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa. The guest chef/presenter for the day was Gael Etrillard.

August 2014 – Joined the Pattaya City Culinary Cup 2014 in Pattaya City, Thailand.

June 2014 – Hotel-Restaurant Regis et Jacques Marcon, Hotel Restaurant 3 Star Michelin, Saint Bonnet le Froid. France.

October 2013 – Created Wild Dinner Menu at Madame Butterfly (Siem Reap, Cambodia) with guest chef Gilles Choukroun – Michelin Chef from Paris, France.

You can cancel at any time before your arrival time, but of course we invite you to gently inform us as soon as you know you finally cannot join us to discover the Khmer Gastronomy, as you will let us accept other guests that are on our waiting list.
