Gilles Choukroun is a world-renowned Michelin starred chef heralding from Paris in France. He is coming to Siem Reap to showcase his talents and the famous Embassy Restaurant. He will be cooking for a limited audience on the 9th February 2020.

About Gilles
Gilles opened his first restaurant, Le Café des Délices where he was awarded a Michelin star. He created simple food using his North African influences combining this with French and International cuisine.
His second restaurant was the Angl’Opéra located inside the Edouard 7 Hotel. Here, he brought a more modern design and menu to the people of Paris.
Menthe-Basilic-Coriandre or MBC was an ultra-modern and urban affair with food taking influences from both Asia and Africa.
Cuisine Urbaine Parisienne or CUP builds on the success of MBC and is a Parisian brasserie which aims to feed people from all over the world some of the finest Parisian cuisine available.

Now, we are delighted to say that Gilles Choukroun is coming to Siem Reap to share his culinary skills with some lucky guests who are quick enough to secure a place. Giles and our very own Kimsan Twins will be preparing a 7-course menu for our guests at Embassy Restaurant this coming Saturday.
