Embassy Restaurant offers fine dining with stunning surroundings. We have a range of seating options available, you can either sit inside our restaurant in a tastefully designed room, or sit in one of our indoor terraces. 

Chef Kimsan’s Discovery Journey

Every month, our Culinary director, known as chef Kimsan Pol sets off her discovery journey to explore different places and local areas to study and get inspirations from the wonderful and iconic Khmer cuisine from all around Cambodia.  
Our Team

Our team is headed by our Culinary Director, Kimsan Pol. Our head chef has risen to the top and she piles her trade and gives guests an experience of a lifetime during their visit to Embassy Restaurant.

Our Food & Drinks

Embassy Restaurant offers a different set menu each month which has been carefully prepared and organised by our head chef, Kimsan Pol. Our kitchen team then prepare the meals to a high standard which are then served by our fully-trained waiting staff to our guests. Our delicious Khmer cuisine is very popular with guests from all over the world.
